Our program uses functional movements that your body is naturally designed to do. We combine elements of cardio, gymnastics, weightlifting, cycling, rowing, and more to improve your overall fitness in a balanced way.
Log your workouts and track improvements through our smartphone app called Beyond the Whiteboard. Monitor your progress, record your personal achievements, engage with other members, and get feedback from your coaches.
Our Pro Shop offers all the gear you need, including clothing, protein bars, energy drinks and CrossFit accessories. Stock up on supplies to support your workout before, during and after. Complimentary coffee bar. Ice machine. Microwave
